What limit of CO for the decision making during the test?

We need to define a rule to apply for the testing as the philosophy of testing is to go for more testing points when the appliance is declared not safe. So we will have to define what is safe or unsafe and we suggest a discussion with the starting point of the existing note "safe /unsafe" GQWP4_01_safe_notsafe01.doc that stipulates: The appliance will be considered as safe when respecting the two following criteria’s 1) The CO emissions are below the limit allowed by the standards (1000 or 2000 ppm dry air free) 2) The “emissions acceleration” is below a certain limit to be discussed and determined. I think that mainly this last point is open for discussion and I'll invite all to read again the note and comment here.
